In our factory, many analyses are performed for quality control purposes. The analysis process starts with raw material selection. When the selected raw material arrives, depending on the tonnage and type of product, a different number of samples are taken and measured. Our measurements made in input control: Protein, fat, ash, cellulose and moisture. Sensory and visual controls are also carried out. Products from our approved suppliers are periodically examined both in our own laboratory and in accredited external laboratories. Our primary tests are microbiological tests (Salmonella, I. Monocytogones, enterobacter) as well as mould and yeast analyses. In herbal products, we carry out pesticide analyses, especially total toxin, at certain intervals. Heavy metal and dioxin analyses are performed according to the risk assessment in the product input. We receive declaration letters from our suppliers that they will not cause chemical and radiological contamination.
The oil we use in our production is one of the important raw materials for us in terms of both coating and aromatic properties. For this reason, we check the FFA (free acidity) and peroxide values in each input and accept the product if the acceptance is appropriate.
During the production process, samples and products from different points are analysed and production is directed. The analyses performed in this process are the nutritional parameters of the product; protein, fat, ash, cellulose and moisture. These are analysed for each product before the product leaves the production process.
We attach importance to the quality of the water we use in the product as much as our product. For this reason, we take drinking water criteria as basis in the water analysis phase. In order to prevent the risk of contamination from ambient air and machines, the total number of living organisms and mould and yeast conditions are examined, as well as personnel hand swap analyses.
In the last stage, nutrient analyses are repeated as final product analyses. In addition to nutrient analyses, analyses that threaten food safety are also carried out. Inspections are carried out according to the period determined in the risk analysis. The analyses performed are as follows: Salmonella, l. Monocytogones, enterobacter, yeast-mould, total aflatoxin and toxin types, heavy metals, dioxin, FFA and peroxide analyses.
Migration analyses are taken from our suppliers in order to prevent contamination from packaging. Pre-shipment quality control analyses are performed by taking a different number of samples from the products to be shipped depending on the shipment quantity.
